Dynamic and complex personality with a great work capacity and a vast experience in the field of cultural leadership, Lăcrămioara Stratulat has been the manager of the “Moldova” National Museum Complex Iasi since 2007. She has a PhD in history, and she teaches Museology at the “George Enescu” National University of Arts Iasi. She has been the coordinator of the International Mechanical Music Festival.

Permanently concerned with her professional training, Lăcrămioara Stratulat has graduated from a series of refresher trainings in various fields, such as: security and government administration, foreign policy and diplomacy, internal audit, negotiation and public relations, restoration techniques for movable heritage, museum management, museology and archaeology.

She has been the organizer of numerous basic exhibitions, conferences and symposiums, participating in the establishment of more than 150 international exhibitions. As a scientific researcher, she has won international grants and research contracts. She also participated in important international symposiums and congresses on topics such as history, archaeology, museography, public relations.

She published monographs, treaties, university courses and several dozen studies as sole author or collaborator, in ISI indexed magazines, included. She has a rich editorial activity, being a member of various editorial committees, editor and volumes coordinator.
